Why is Tom Hanks ashamed of Bachelor Party?

I thought it was a great 80′s movie, with sex, drugs & rock & roll! Even a donkey snorting lines of coke! Awesome! I love the movie, it has so many funny lines, and consider it a classic. So why does Hanks act all “uppity” and laugh as if his early acting career was a mistake? He’s turned into an a**. Bring back the funny Tom. Anyone else like it?

well when you start out you’re career as a cross dresser on bosom buddies. but yeah his earlier stuff was great as well. i think he concentrates more on his dramatic film career right now.
