Have the progressives screwed up our education system this much?

I just read a question asking why Republicans liked President Reagan since he believed in big government and tax cuts. Reagan wanted big government? Holly crap! You can’t get farther from the truth.

I know our kids are taught that Americans were evil for dropping the bomb on Japan, and now Tom Hanks says Americans were racist by wanting to “kill them all” even though the Japanese vowed to fight till death, and that Russia decided to take down the wall for the good of their country.

I don’t think the problem with our education system is the teachers, it’s the lies and hate that are being put into our kids heads.

History tells us that all dictators do this. Hitler did it to the Hitler Youth, heck even Saudi Arabia is telling their kids that America is evil. This is insane. Let’s put some pride in our children and not guilt!!!!!!!!!

And a few months ago we had the President telling kids to write papers on what they could do as children to support him. This has to stop.

The battle in Texas is clear evidence that we must know what our children are being taught. As parents run around 5 days a week for 40 hours, our children may be indoctrinated with thinking that is vastly different from our ideals and beliefs. Then we subject them to television where the message is further enforced. The only way to continue education is for us as parents to become involved with our children. Ask them questions about what they have read or saw on television. This must start at an early age because as they grow older, forces other than our tutelage will be the bane in their hearts and minds.
