What should I get my grandma for Christmas?
I don’t really know what to get my grandma for Christmas this year. She likes to watch TV (The Young and the Restless, The Office, Gossip Girl, Desperate Housewives, Corner Gas, etc). She LOVES going to the movies and still buys DVDs. She enjoys almost any comedy and pretty much likes any kind of movie. Her favorite actor is Tom Hanks. She likes to go on trips and she likes to sing. She loves musicals and loves going to see plays. What should I get her? I was thinking maybe I should get her a gift card to the movie theater or something but I want to get her something else too.

Well if her favorite actor is Tom Hanks and she likes comedies, The Burbs would crack her up. It’s one of the funniest, quirkiest, and darkest movies out there with some of the best one-liners of any film. Tom Hanks used to be a comedic actor and he was amazing at it!! I would get her something like that and maybe tickets for both of you to see a play or symphony (or even just the movies if you’re tight on cash). Your grandma sounds like a lot of fun! I hope you too have fun together!
