Is anyone else excited about the movie? It is directed by Spike Jonze and the music is going to be done by the guy who did the music for Twilight. (while the movie disapointed me, I rather liked the music.) Also, two of the producers are Tom Hanks and the author of the book; Maurice Sendak. Here’s a link for the trailer:

I’m kind of nervous about it. That book is such a classic that i think it would be really easy for them to screw it up. I mean. It could be wonderful with big stars like that directing and producing, but. It is a very delicate thing.
Regardless, I too shall watch it, if only for the music. Karen O + Carter Burwell = Awesome.
